Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
50% of the rental amount will be requested for the reservation and the balance will be paid one month before arrival.
If a cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the planned date of occupation of the premises, €100 processing fee will be retained.
If a cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the planned date of occupation of the premises, the deposit will remain forfeited.
if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of occupation of the premises, no refund will be made.
